Vaccinations
An up-to-date vaccination certificate must be produced for each pet. We also insist on protection against canine/kennel cough and would suggest that you consult with your vet if your pet has not yet been vaccinated.
Booking Conditions
We accept day, night and period bookings. you will be required to sign a booking form and to provide a contact name or number whilst your pet is boarding. This can be a family member, friend or your mobile number.
Insurance
All pets are covered by our insurance for any condition arising whilst in our care but preexisting conditions are not covered. You can rest assured that we have no hesitation in seeking veterinary advice and treatment if necessary.
Opening Hours
Pets may arrive and be collected at any time during our opening ours which are:
Mon - Sat 08.30 - 18.00 hrs
Sun and Bank Holidays - 11.00 - 16.00 hrs
We are open all year but do not accept arrivals or departures on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day or New Year's Day.
Prices
Nightly Rates:
Single Sharing Each Extra Pet
Dogs - £18.00 £24 £6.00
Single Each Extra Pet
Cats - £12.00 £6.00
All prices include VAT
Heating (winter) - £2 per night per kennel or cat pen.
Dogs And Cats collected after 12 noon will be subject to a part-day charge of 50% of the nightly rates.
All prices are inclusive of Insurance.
