Collans Cross Kennels is within easy reach of the North Cornwall coast for such places as Tintagel, Boscastle, Crackington Haven, Port Issac, Polzeath and Rock, with Padstow and Bude just a short drive. The historic town of Launceston and Wadebridge are also near.

If you want to take your dog out for the day there are dog-friendly beaches at Trebarwith, Daymer Bay,and Crackington Haven; walking on the coastal path, and on Bodmin Moor over nearby Roughtor.
